QUESTION: What is your Return Policy?

ANSWER: Please contact us within 48 hours after you receive the packages that you find that they are not acceptable due to discrepancies as per P/I. Bestamax will refund any items, provided the items has not been damaged, soiled, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

However, if you need to exchange or return the package, please contact us first before you send it back directly. Applications must be made within 7 days after receipt of the product(s). Please make sure that the products have not been damaged, soiled, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
